Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using NEWLY Wallet. By using the app, you agree to responsible usage, subscription rules and local-first data responsibilities.

01Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using NEWLY Wallet, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

02User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, your backup choices, your device security and your app usage decisions.

03Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Renewal, cancellation and refund processes follow Google Play rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play at any time.

04Local data custody

Financial data is handled locally. If the app or device data is deleted without a backup, NEWLY Wallet cannot recover local records.

05Backup responsibility

You are responsible for creating and protecting backups when using export, backup or restore options.

06Fair use

You must not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer, bypass premium checks or manipulate app access.

07No financial advice

NEWLY Wallet is provided for financial tracking. Reports and insights are based on user-entered data and are not professional financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.

08Intellectual property

Application design, branding, software structure, visuals and related materials belong to the NEWLY Technology Group ecosystem.

09Limitation of liability

NEWLY Wallet is provided as a finance tracking tool. To the extent permitted by law, NEWLY is not liable for losses arising from data entry errors, lost local data without backup or decisions made based on the app's reports.

10Updates to terms

These terms may be updated when app features, platform rules, legal requirements or store policies change.
